The staff was accommodating and genuinely friendly.

Unfortunately, my room had a strong unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was loud and barely functional. It was disappointing that the hotel didn't offer more diverse dining options. Having only pizza and burgers felt quite limiting.

A work desk, flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities were available in my twin room. As for me, the location was good and excellent, very close to an industrial area where there is nothing to do, many destinations, and industrial park. It also was in a business centre.

Positive, The room was huge and had a super comfortable bed. The pool area was nice and relaxing. I received excellent service from the staff, who were always helpful. Plus, there's ample parking on site 😊

The staff were wonderful, and the location was ideal for us. The room was modern, comfortable, and a good value. Would highly recommend.

It was quiet, pleasant and in no way stressing. Personnel was kind, ready to help you with varied information and trying to make you most of the money you paid.

the only thing i would have liked to have was restaurant services in the afternoon and in the evening, as the hotel is far from the town and from regular restaurants. I must say I did not ask for catering services, but, if it would have been a proper restaurand I would have liked to have some dinner meals right there, after the long tiring days of work.

I was almost pleased with my stay, but the bathroom was an absolute disaster, with water everywhere! The so-called 'soundproof' rooms let every little noise in. It's disheartening not to have received a welcome gift or room upgrade for all the trouble. I can't recommend this place. You'd think a big chain would care, but apparently not!

2Nd time I'd stay here. As before I consider bed mattresses are way too hard. Internet possible from lobby WIFI(which is not mentioned in htl info, it says only modem connection in room, who uses a modem nowadays!!!). Internet provider does not accept sending emails from programs like Outlook, so webmail has to be used.

We choose the hotel for one night stay due to its close location to highway. We found it suprisingly comfortable. Breakfast choice superb. As well - swimming pool

No issues encountered. The hotel met expectations with well-maintained common areas and refreshingly friendly staff. Spacious garden area with a large swimming pool for relaxation.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because the hotel is just 4 km from the beautiful Puerto de Catarroja, perfect for a leisurely walk. The staff was fantastic in accommodating our needs during an unexpected stay.
